There are several ways you can go about finding the right builder for your project. It is often worth choosing a builder on recommendation from friends, family, associates and neighbours. If you do not already have a builder in mind, we can supply you with names of suitable building contractors.
Following building control approval we can arrange to go to tender for you. This can be either by negotiated tender with a specific contractor, or by competitive tender where usually 3-4 building contractors compete for the job. In both these instances, all contractors approached will be required to see a full copy of the building regulations drawings and any associated conditions. When the tender documents are returned we will guide you through the rest of the process.
